CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Cavaliers have assigned center Larry Sanders to the Canton Charge, the Cavaliers exclusively owned and operated NBA Development League team, Cavaliers General Manager David Griffin announced today.
Sanders has appeared in four games for the Charge this season, averaging 6.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 blocks in 19.4 minutes per game. He has also played in two games for the Cavaliers this season.
Sanders will be available for Wednesday’s playoff game in Canton when the Charge hosts Raptors 905 at 7:00 p.m.

The Canton Charge are part of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena organization and also owned by a group led by Cavaliers Majority Owner and Quicken Loans Founder and Chairman Dan Gilbert. The group also owns and operates the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League and the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League, both of which play their games at Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland.
