NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that the team has signed guard Quinn Cook for the remainder of the 2016-17 season. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cook, 6-2, 179, who was originally signed by New Orleans on March 19, has appeared in six games with the Pelicans, averaging 2.7 points and 1.0 assists in 6.0 minutes per contest. Cook has played in a total of 11 NBA games this season (five with Dallas), posting averages of 3.9 points and 1.6 assists in 10.3 minutes per contest.
